NELO While a big local favorite, the acoustic-based alt-rock band has a following that spans the Southeast and its formative time in Athens, Ga. In hand is its highly anticipated self-titled debut album, released April 22 on Pedernales Records/Justice Records and featuring pop-rock originals with joyful spirit, deep lyrics and condensed jams that have garnered nelo (nell-o) praise from music writers and fans.
