Children's Museum of Atlanta Hosts Read For The Record Event Thursday, October 3

On Thursday, October 3, 200 children from at-risk and underserved Atlanta neighborhood preschools will join Jumpstart staff, Corps members, volunteers and guests to read this year’s Read for the Record book, “Otis,” by Loren Long. Jumpstart’s Read for the Record is an annual reading celebration that highlights the need for quality early education in America by mobilizing adults and children to set a record for the largest shared reading experience.
