Free, family-friendly afternoon activities like sand art and face painting start at noon. A performance by the Mulligan Irish Dancers takes place at 2 p.m. and a special Nickelodeon meet-and-greet lasts until 4 p.m. All family activities conclude at 5 p.m. for the St. Patty’s Day concert. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. Featured acts are Desire, a U2 tribute band, and headliner Tonic performs at 9 p.m. Tickets are $10 in advance and $20 the day of the event.
