The Auburn Avenue Research Library will host Move the Crowd: Hip Hop Education for Social Justice, a community discussion facilitated by Dr. Bettina L. Love, Assistant Professor in the Department of Elementary and Social Studies at the University of Georgia. Dr. Love will discuss the innovative use of hip hop music and culture in cultivating social consciousness, cultural awareness and educational achievement.
