Chris Carter - Founder, WisePatient
Chris’ career spans venture capital investing as well as operational, transactional and advisory roles with healthcare and technology companies. He currently serves as an Advisor to Simple Relevance and WiseVet . Chris previously supported the boards of CardioMEMS, Fidelis SeniorCare, Prenova (acquired by Ecova ), and Navini Networks (acquired by Cisco Systems ) as an Associate at Arcapita Ventures.

Before founding WisePatient, Chris was a Senior Associate at Merrick Ventures, a healthcare and information technology focused venture capital firm in Chicago, IL. While at Merrick Venture Chris supported the corporate development function of Merge Healthcare (NASDAQ:MRGE‎) focusing on mergers & acquisitions and post-merger integration.
Prior to joining Merrick Ventures, Christopher spent over three years as an Associate at Arcapita Ventures, the growth‐stage venture capital arm of Arcapita, Inc., evaluating healthcare and information technology related investment opportunities. Prior to Arcapita, Christopher worked in Accenture’s Health and Life Sciences Strategy Practice where he specialized in operational and information technology strategy for integrated delivery networks, academic medical centers, and health plans. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Vanderbilt University, a Master’s of Public Health from Emory University, and a Master’s of Business Administration from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.
Kristian Traylor, CEO, Game of Golf Institute
Kristian Traylor is the CEO and co-founder of the Game of Golf Institute (GOGI), dedicated to advancing the popularity and growth of golf through modern social media and mobile applications. Prior to GOGI, Kristian was the founder of Golf Genie and Sanvean, LLC and held executive management positions with OfficeArrow, Unisys Corporation, Ariba, and Arthur Andersen.
