School Walk for Diabetes

School Walk for Diabetes is an educational program that promotes diabetes awareness, healthy living, community service and school spirit to students.
Students learn the difference between type 1 and type 2 diabetes, the benefits of making healthy food choices and exercise, and ways to help people with diabetes.
