A touring exhibition presented by broadcaster Tavis Smiley that celebrates nearly 500 years of African American contributions to this country. The showing at the Boisfeuillet Jones Atlanta Civic Center from June 12 through September 6, 2009, will be the first southern stop on the exhibition’s 10-city, four-year tour.
