Chef Carlos Neville will be demonstrating his New Orleans secrets and skills. Chef Neville began his culinary career as a dishwasher at the New Orleans Country Club and went on to pursue a 20 year career as Chef in New Orleans’ finest kitchens, working with Susan Spicer, Austin Leslie, Meagan Roune of Sucre, and Sellers Johnson. He found his passion for baking in his grandmother’s kitchen and went on to become the Pastry & Baking Tutor in culinary school.
