Basic Chinese Medicine & Applying it to your Yoga Practice
Chinese Medicine is inclusive of Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine, Eastern Nutrition, and Lifestyle choices. Yoga is a tool that can be used to help you find balance within yourself.
In this class, a basic overview of the Chinese Medical Perspective on the organs will be given. These include breathing, exercise, eating regularly, and keeping your qi full and healthy. Many of these concepts cross over with Yoga.
