Mixed Level Belly dance
This class focuses on the foundations of belly dance focusing on proper technique, posture and alignment, zills (finger cymbals), veil and fun combinations. Using these skills, you will expand your dance vocabulary to include new movements, variations and transitions. Each class includes warm-up, technique drills, combinations, zills practice, and stretching/strengthening exercises to support your progress. This class is available to beginners and continuing students.
