THE SPOT

Jake McGuire is the acting Producing Director of Spot On Productions and the owner of THE SPOT. THE SPOT offers "Movie Night" where we will be screening films that you may have missed at the theater and would enjoy viewing on a big screen. Equipped with a full size movie screen and offering a reasonable concession stand, THE SPOT will screen movies according to viewer's choice votes that take place on facebook(facebook.com/hit.the.spot). THE SPOT will also be offering staged readings of plays and musicals at a very affordable rate. The readings which are very simple productions will include actors reading the script in character, without sets or costumes. The concept is to give the community an opportunity to get an idea of what the full production could be like and to offer your opinions as to whether or not you would like to see it a s a full production on stage. These readings are also designed to get local talent interested in being a part of the cast for the full productions when they come to fruition. THE SPOT is also home to the Studio of Performing Arts drama class productions and dance recitals. THE SPOT is available to rent for other local theater groups and performers.
