Free Tai Chi/Qigong Lecture & Class
Discover how tai chi & qigong promotes joint health, improves flexibility and strength; improves balance and helps prevent falls; helps with arthritis, blood pressure, diabetes & chronic conditions such as fibromyalgia; and increases bone density.
The first part of the workshop will be a lecture on the health benefits of tai chi; the second part will focus on basic tai chi/qigong movements (you have the option of staying seated). This workshop is suitable for all levels of fitness.
