This course will also provide a deep-dive in the modern product innovation method, Innovation Games . Innovation Games are a collection of qualitative research and problem solving techniques, based on the collaborative facilitation of customers, colleagues, partners and the community at large. The techniques include both open ended and more focused methods for achieving actionable insights and results.

Note: The advanced CSPO course assumes that attendees already have a basic understanding of Scrum via our Agile and Scrum in a Day course, a Certified ScrumMaster course, or equivalent Scrum experience. Â

About Your Trainers
Fadi Stephan is a consultant with Washington DC-based Excella Consulting. Fadi has more than fifteen years of professional experience as a product manager, project manager, software developer, and consultant at businesses ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Since 2006, his focus has been on agile adoption and on transitioning, coaching, and mentoring teams in agile practices. Fadi is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), an Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), and a Certified Scrum Professional (CSP). Fadi is also founder of the DC Software Craftsmanship user group, and organizer of the DC Scrum user group.
Angela Johnson is a Trainer and Coach providing education consulting services to clients across the United States adopting Scrum/Agile. Angela has successfully implemented Scrum/Agile principles in a variety of projects from web-based applications to enterprise level retail and financial projects. As a Trainer, Angela provides students with foundational knowledge and tools needed to begin adopting Scrum, Agile, Kanban, etc. As a Coach, Angela mentors clients at all levels in their Scrum/Agile transformation working with teams, managers, stakeholders and executives. Â
A graduate of Hamline University (B.A.) and the University of St. Thomas (M.B.C.), Angela has presented at university sponsored events as well as at the Project Management Institute (PMI) Minnesota chapter events and to the Twin Cities Quality Assurance Association. Angela is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) and an Agile  Certified Practitioner (ACP). Angela facilitates the PMI Minnesota Agile Local Interest Group and is also an active member of the Scrum Alliance, and Agile Alliance.Â
Price, Date, and Location
The retail registration fee for this two-day course is $1,300 (inclusive of all taxes and fees). Â Â You may pay online via credit card or request that Excella invoice you if you have an existing billing arrangement with Excella.
Registration is now open.  C lasses on both days will take place from 9am – 5pm at Excella Consulting at 2300 Wilson Boulevard, Suite 630, Arlington, Virginia (located at the Courthouse Metro stop on the Orange Line).  Parking is available in the building and will be validated.  Light breakfast will be available at 8:30am each day and l unch will also be provided.
Cancellation Policy
Students submitting cancellation requests 5 business days or more prior to the start of the course are entitled to a full refund. Â Students submitting cancellation requests less than 5 business days prior to the start of the course will be issued credit toward a future Excella training course. Â The credit will be equal to the amount paid for the initial course less any applicable fees. Â Should the organizer cancel the course for any reason, each registered students will be refunded 100% of the registration cost he/she paid.
