This special day will be filled with activities such as shelling corn, apple packing and cider pressing. Children can help dig potatoes, make pumpkin leather, churn butter and make a pie crust. Other popular hands-on activities include making a corn husk doll, decorating a pumpkin, and participating in a spell down. Guests can help dry apples, make rope, grate soap, make parched corn and explore a straw maze. In honor of Scouting all Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts get in free this special day
