Thursdays Age 9-12
Make new friends, build strength, flexibility & a sense of inner peace! Yoga helps to create physical awareness while cultivating tools to stay calm & happy. The younger we learn to move through stress with grace & breath, the more habitual such behavior becomes. Kids' Yoga combines songs, games, poses, & meditation for a fun and active practice.
Parents can enjoy a $7 community yoga class at the same time!
