Note: The roundtable is only for current or soon-to-be board chairs. To build the confidential trust and support you'll want, you must register for all four sessions and hopefully attend them all. If you want, you can also get up to one hour of individual coaching or consultation with Mary, which must be scheduled and used before May 31, 2013 .
 
 
 
Mary Hiland, Ph.D., has over thirty-five years experience in the nonprofit sector, both as a board member and an executive director. She is an organizational consultant whose services focus on strengthening board teams. She has a docturate in human and organizational systems, with a focus on nonprofit leadership and governance.
