Kit Land Nelson Park

This is Apopka's main park and often used for big events like this past weekend's Apopka Fair. There is a large open space in the back that can be used for ball games, a middle section with a spiderweb looking climbing apparatus, gazebo, tennis courts, racquetball and up front a winding path and more open space. The West Orange Trail cuts right through the middle.

The park also hosts various festivals throughout the year like art and foliage festivals... nothing fancy as this is Apopka. In December they do a nice job decorating the park with lights for Christmas
