The Orlando Consort
Formed in 1988 by the Early Music Centre of Great Britain, the Orlando Consort is one of Britain’s most important chamber music ensembles. Combining captivating entertainment with fresh scholarly insight, their unique imagination, originality of programming, and superb vocal skills have marked them as one of the premier vocal ensembles in early music today. Their 25th anniversary program features songs from Machaut’s masterpiece Le voir dit (ca. 1365). Presented by The Academy of Early Music.
