Mindfulness Meditation Series - Building Self Compassion
Every month I'll be hosting a mindfulness meditation night with a particular focus. This month it will be on building self compassion. We can do this by sitting, breathing, and listening to what our emotional mind is telling us it needs. Focusing on the breath and developing an intuitive intention to how to care for yourself is the goal of this type of mindful activity.
