Mindfulness of Breath meditation
Does your mind feel like it's jumping all over the place? Feeling restless, bouncy, and uncontrollable at times? This meditation class focuses specifically on calming down, focusing, and concentrating the mind by training our awareness of the breath.
In addition to traditional Buddhist meditation techniques, we will also introduce some simple breathing exercises to enhance the concentration practice.
