Raven Returns: The Story of the Human Beings

This is the 2nd performance of the Jack Dalton:retrospective 1999-2013 series. Premiered at the Alaska Native Heritage Center in October 1999, Raven Returns was Jack's first "epic storytelling" production, in which all of the stories in the performance tell a much bigger story. In this case, it is the entire history of the Yup'ik culture, from the Creation Legends, through historical facts, to today, and some would say a little ways into the future, instilling a sense of hope.
