Why is Grain Such a Pain?
“But they’re good for you!” “My doctor said they reduce heart disease!” “But they have fiber!” Food for thought: there’s no vitamin or mineral you can get from grain that you can’t get in better quantities elsewhere. Personal preference aside, there is no nutritional reason to incorporate grains in your diet on a regular basis.
