Artist Duke Russell talks about prolific commercial photographer Ward Wells, who documented Anchorage life, capturing the 1964 earthquake, Fur Rendezvous and more. The Anchorage Museum has archived more than 120,000 Wells images that have informed Russell’s artwork. Free. This event is part of the Cook Inlet Historical Society’s monthly lecture series.
