Fred Machetanz (1908-2002) was one of the state’s most popular artists, known for his paintings and prints depicting daily life in Alaska. He made 50 stone lithographs from 1946 to 1980, printing 100 of each design. This rare, complete set of lithographs includes beautiful renderings of Alaska Native people, whalers, trappers, prospectors, and wildlife. On view Nov. 29 through Feb. 25.
