Blair County Arts Festival

Artists and art enthusiasts gather on the beautiful campus of Penn State Altoona to celebrate the arts. Festival traditions include a Student Art Exhibit; a Juried Art Exhibit; a Fine Crafts Market; a Food Court; ongoing entertainment on 4 stages, a Children's Village with storytelling, balloon art, strolling entertainers, and many hands-on art projects; and a Demonstrating Artist Corner.
