Learn the skills required and how to get these jobs. Week Two: Tools of the Trade Using the Massachusetts Beverage Business Book, the best wine keys, decanting, wine glasses how to serve wine. (Invited speaker from Retail Field) Week Three: Wine Tastings How to run a tasting, a wine tasting room and a blind tasting. How to go to and enjoy a wine tasting included. (Invited local sommelier to speak) Week Four: Thoroughly Modern Wine In France, the "negociant" is a respected player in the wine world, and in the Us, this idea is just emerging with its own post-modern international twist.
