Grille 3501 opened its doors on November 13, 2001. Since that time, our ever-widening circle of loyal customers consistently tell us we are among the most sophisticated and welcoming establishments in the Lehigh Valley. Owners Chef John "J.P." Upon our opening after months of renovation, people flocked in to see what could possibly replace the 75-year-old tradition that was Trinkle's. Although former favorites like the crab patties and soft-shell crabs are not featured on our Asian-Mediterranean fusion menu, we're fortunate to have Charlie Trinkle among our bartending staff to serve you your favorite martini or let you sample a special vintage from our extensive and eclectic wine list.
