My Grandmother's Table - Season by Season, a dinner series Autumn

Going out to dinner does not always mean just going to a restaurant. Sometimes it is an experience that will take you back in time to when family was the focus of dinner; where everyone sits around the table sharing their days adventures, laughing, hearing the stories from the childhoods of your grandparents, eating the foods that made you feel happy and loved.

It is reminiscent of Easter Sunday when huge bowls of… Show more freshly made ravioli and meatballs were served to a hungry family; Christmas Eve when plates and bowls of the most amazing foods were brought to the table, never less than 13 of them and always at least 7 fish so that our New Year was blessed and lucky and we never ever left hungry, because if we did…well it was our own darn fault.
