Salute to Strawberries

One of our favorite early-summer treats, strawberries are a versatile and delicious source of vitamin C! In this class, we’ll be making a strawberry rhubarb tart with a barley flour crust, and a salad of freshly picked dandelion, frisee lettuce, local blue cheese and balsamic glazed strawberries.
