Kathy Sheehan, Albany; Lovely Warren, Rochester; and Joanne Yepsen, Saratoga Springs, all newly elected mayors of cities in Upstate New York, will discuss their journeys to elected leadership seats and the unique responsibility of running a city government.
The event, organized by the law school’s Government Law Center, is free and open to the public, though registration is required for the reception that will follow the panel discussion.
