Sirloin of Beef 101
Chef Mike Garaghty, Executive Corporate Chef for Wüsthof, is back to help us work on our knife skills. In this class we will learn how to breakdown an entire sirloin tip into Coulotte steaks, roasts, kabob meat and petite sirloin steaks.
After you’ve butchered your sirloin and wrapped it to go, Chef Mike will cook up a few examples of what you can do with that sirloin!
Class fee includes a Wusthof Classic 5” boning knife, valued at $99.99, and an entire sirloin roast!
