Through this work out, you’ll build stamina, muscle and core strength, while improving cardio fitness and flexibility. You’ll be ready to climb ladders, carry equipment, lift and operate hoses, axes, shovels and carry breathing apparatus! Open to the GENERAL PUBLIC and all fitness levels; you don’t have to be a firefighter to participate.
