Ireland’s ‘Labor & Dignity:James Connolly in America’ exhibit honors the great labor leader’s life & work in America, including in Troy;moved his family to NYC metro area,then back to Ireland to help organize labor on much larger scales.Irish government selected the Museum to present this celebrated exhibit for a limited presentation. A major force during Dublin's 1913 Great Lock-Out & one of the 7 signatories of 1916 Easter Proclamation who were executed for seeking Ireland's independence.
