Learn how to make homemade pasta dough with Executive Chef Jim Kavanaugh of Bellini’s restaurant. This class will cover popular pasta varieties such as spinach, roasted garlic, and sundried tomato. Jim will show you how to create the dough and use pasta machines to make linguine and fettucini. You’ll also create accompanying sauces including Marinara, Alfredo, and Bolognese
