Wednesday Morning Wellness Workout
Instructor Etta Fink designed the classes to include stretching, toning, posture, centering and alignment, gentle and low impact movement focused on increasing flexibility, coordination, strength and balance, plus self-care tools and techniques to help expand body awareness, use of breath, energy balancing and deeper relaxation. Additional benefits will include released stress, enhanced energy, focus and concentration, along with a greater sense of overall ease, positive optimism and well-being.
