Do you enjoy the relaxation portion at the end of workouts, and wish it could go on a bit longer? Here’s the opportunity to benefit from a shorter, midday get-away class without breaking a sweat! Instructor Etta Fink’s combination of gentle techniques, including breath-work, visualization, meditation and energy balancing, are wonderful ways to release stress and “recharge your battery!” Wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle, yoga mat, and bath size towel or cushion; chairs available.
