First you’ll make gyoza - potstickers made of ground chicken breast, scallions, freshly ground ginger and Napa cabbage tucked into dough pockets and lightly pan-fried to a golden brown crispiness served with a sesame-soy vinaigrette dipping sauce. You’ll also make: Vietnamese summer rolls with cucumber, carrot and cilantro; Thai basil rice noodles rolled into rice paper wraps; summer rolls wrapped in rice paper with a crushed peanut and miso dipping sauce.
