Batty for Bats
Bats are an important part of our ecosystem. However, their numbers are decreasing at an alarming rate. We will keep our eyes open for the four species of bats that live in the Preserve as we learn about their unique characteristics. There will be a short inside presentation at the Discovery Center followed by a 1.0 mile hike at Kings Road trailhead. Remember to wear sturdy walking shoes, long pants, and bring drinking water.
Pre-registration is required for all events.
