Sometimes it’s just hard to figure out what to make for dinner. This class is designed to give students ideas for simple meals that can be easily prepared for your family on a given night. The menu includes sautéed shrimp, broccoli, roasted garlic, and angel hair pasta, pan-seared salmon, sautéed spinach and garlic, and lemon beurre blanc, arugula salad with sunflower seeds, stilton, and lemon vinaigrette, pan-seared pork chop, polenta, and apple chutney, and Belgian chocolate mousse.
