Harrison Ford plays Indiana Jones, an archeologist-adventurer who goes globe trotting in search of the Ark of the Covenant and runs into bloodcurdling danger every step of the way. The first of the Indiana Jones series, Raiders went on to win Four Oscars as well as numerous other cinematic awards for its editing, sound effects and set design.
