Lee Hoiby's The Scarf is based on the short story The Witch, by Anton Chekhov. With soprano, Diana Farrell, tenor, Timothy Culver, and baritone John Pickering, this one act performance is sure to be full of drama, mystery, and intrigue. Next, join soprano Lara Troyer and clarinetist Daniel Gilbert perform contemporary composer Ricky Ian Gordon's achingly beautiful rendition of this classic story of Orpheus and Eurydice. Collaborative pianists for this show are Donna Lee and Judith Ryder.
