Poor service, waste of time and money

The short version: I booked a trip on the CVSR's Ale to Rail excursion. Although I was the first to arrive, I was the last to board because they could not find my tickets. The lights went immediately after leaving the station, and the entire ride was in the dark. The food was horrible and we were served only 4 oz of each beer. Huge waste of time and money! Their customer service is non-existent. I left numerous messages, but none were returned.
