Have you ever wanted to go to Brazil, or experience Ireland or see the bright colors of Mexico? Well you can be transported to these places and many more by attending The Festival of Nations 2010. This amazing event will be the first of its kind at The Civic.

The stage will play host to 8 amazing cultural groups which will share their dances and music from all over the world. Doors open at 6:30pm so that children and families may partake in an interactive dance with the O'Hare Irish Dancers, bang the drums with the Japanese Icho Daiko Corp or learn the ancient Chinese writing of calligraphy with Dr. Zhao, the Director of the Confucius Institute and learn the art of origami.

Enjoy food from all over the world: Italian Gnocchi, Native American Flat Bread, German chocolates and cheese, Irish Stew, Hungarian Pastries and more!
The Grand Lobby and Upper Salon will play host to a variety art and food.
