HORRIBLE in Every Way

We paid $50 for a Lisa Lampanelli show plus dinner. Imagine my surprise when I showed up to find out "Plus Dinner" doesn't mean anything if you don't call to make reservations? I looked at my paperwork and couldn't find one area it said to call and make them and I didn't see it when I booked our seats online. Thankfully they found us a seat together but I had to complain loudly and long to get it.

Not only was it lava hot in the building, they smashed as many as 30 people on each side of the long tables (60 total). There was no way to get out for those on the end other than sliding down and crawling under the table (Which we had no choice but to do). A woman in my party was pregnant, after crawling on the floor and dealing with the heat she had to leave before the show even started!! The food was outrageous - $40 for chicken?? - plus it was HORRIBLE and cold. It took as long as 20 minutes to get an iced tea and the staff was RUDE and indifferent. I can't even begin to tell you how awful our experience at this club was.

Not only will I never go back, I will be contacting the fire marshal in regard to the over-crowded conditions. I recommend skipping anything at the Canyon Club.... it's not worth it.
